Questions for Jesus Only

As a followup on my web page on Jesus Only verses the Trinity, I have compiled some questions for the "Oneness" adherents to consider! I will give a scripture and then follow it with a question.

John 8:16-18        .... for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me. [17] It is
also written in your law, that the testimony of two men is true. [18] I am one that bear
witness of myself, and the Father that sent me beareth witness of me.

John 16:32     Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered,
every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father
is with me.

1.      IS Jesus Alone?

I Jn 1:3     That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have
fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is WITH  the Father, and WITH his Son Jesus
Christ.
(KJV)

2.    Do you have fellowship with the Father, AND WITH the Son? Or only the Son?

I Jn 4:15       Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the SON of God, God dwelleth in him,
and he in God.

3. Do you confess Jesus to be the Father? Or the Son of God?

1 Cor 15:23-28
23     But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are
Christ's at his coming.
24     Then cometh the end, when he (the Son) shall have delivered up the kingdom to God,
even the Father; when he (the Son) shall have put down all rule and all authority and
power.
25     For he (the Son) must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
26     The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
27     For he  (the Father) hath put all things under his (the Son) feet. But when he (the
Father) saith, all things are put under him (the Son), it is manifest that he (the Father)
is excepted, which did put all things under him (the Son).
28     And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be
subject unto him (the Father) that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.
(KJV)

Parenthesis added.

4.     VERSE 24 - AT THE END, WHO WILL DELIVER THE KINGDOM TO GOD, EVEN THE FATHER?

5.        VERSE 25 - WHO WILL REIGN UNTIL ALL ENEMIES ARE PUT UNDER WHO'S FEET?

6.        VERSE 27 - WHO PUT ALL THINGS UNDER WHO'S FEET, AND WHO IS EXEMPT FROM BEING PUT
UNDER HIM?

7.         VERSE 28 - WHO WILL THE SON BECOME SUBJECT TO? WHO WILL BE ABOVE ALL THINGS, EVEN
THE SON?

Rev 5:1     And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written
within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.
Rev 5:6-7     And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts,
and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and
seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. And he came
and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.

8.     WHO is sitting on the Throne in heaven and WHO took the book out of the right hand
of him who sat upon the throne?

Dan 7:9-14  I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose
garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was
like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.
A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands
ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment
was set, and the books were opened. .......

I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the
clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.
And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people,
nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which
shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

9.     Who is the Ancient of Days, and Who is the Son of Man who came to the Ancient of Days
to receive the Kingdom?

John 17:1-5
These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour
is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: [2] As thou hast given him
power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.
[3] And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus
Christ, whom thou hast sent. I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work
which thou gavest me to do. [5] And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self
with the glory which I had with thee before the world was....

10.  WHO was Jesus praying to? Who Sent Jesus? Who GAVE glory to Jesus?

Hebrews 5:7-8
Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with
strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in
that he feared; [8] Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he
suffered;

11.    WHO was able to save Jesus from death?

Acts 7:55-56      But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven,
and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God, And said, Behold, I
see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.

12. Did Stephen see Jesus ALONE?

John 20:17    Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father:
but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to
my God, and your God.

13.     WHO was Jesus returning to?

Rev. 3:5, 12, 21
He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot
out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and
before his angels.
[12]     Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go
no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my
God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write
upon him my new name.
[21]     To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also
overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

14.    Who will Jesus confess the names of the faithful to?
In heaven, is Jesus the Father or did he “sit down WITH the Father”?

Mark 13:32   But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.

16. Does Jesus know the day and hour of His return? Who alone knows when He will return?
